I plan on qualifying for state in the 800m and 1600m.

Personal:

I'm a Junior at pineview Highschool. I'm single and ready to mingle. My P.R. in the 800m is 2:05 and in the 1600m it's 4:38.

A.M.:3 miles easy. 

P.M.:6 miles easy with 4x200's afterwards.

Pretty sick shoe run. 

Juxtaposition of the day: X-country V. Track 

Lot's of people who don't run think that track and cross are the same, but they're totally different. I personally like track better because of the energy you get with the everyone watching the entire race. In cross on the other hand you get to really show your metal to yourself because there are some places where the only one who knows how you are doing is you.
