A.M. Same old same old

P.M. I had a crummy start in both the 800 and 1600. In the 1600 a guy got shoeved and fell right in front of me so I had to go clear into lane 4 to get around him. I could have done better. In the 800 I was completely engulfed right from the start. I managed to get out of the pack and get into a better position for the second half.

We ran up and found a beast trail with a rope swing and urban art under a bridge.

Jedi of the Day: Obi-Wan Kenobi

This dude is such a beast. He killed Darth Maul and General Grievous 2 of the most hardcore badguys ever.

A.M 20 minutes easy

P.M. 1600

I ran a pretty beast race. I got out well but fell back a little in the third lap but came back and finished hardcore in the last 400.

A.M. 20 minutes easy

P.M. I had a beast race. I started with a 56 second 400 but my 200 I was completely worn out and slowed down to get another 2:05. I felt good about it until I saw my time was the same as the past million times I ran the 800. But feel like I gave it my all which is good enough for now.

Jammies of the Day: Logans beer Jammies

For Christmas my brother got some jammies from my mom and dad. They didn't realize they had beer on them until he opened them.

I ran an easy run with a few of the freshmen today. We ran into the desert and found a sweet cave.

Jockey of The Day: Frank Hopkins

The dude was the best distance horseback rider ever. He won almost 400 races and rode his mustang through the Ocean of Fire against purebred horses. the dude was a freaking beast.

We had 4x400's at race pace today. I felt really tired and I'm not sure why. But it was a good workout.

Journal of the Day: the Diary of Anne Frank

It's the most read teenage girls journal so that's pretty beast.

We had 2 master blasters today. I wasn't paying attention and started a second after everyone else but my team managed to win so that was pretty sweet.

Jam of the Day: "Bat Out Of Hell" by Meatloaf

It's such an awesome song and it really gets me pumped for racing.

We did a shoe run again today and I finally got slapped on the back so I'd call this run a success.

We had an awesome run on Provo Highschools track. It started to pour but it was so legit.

Junction of the Day: Conjunction Junction

Without Conjunction Junction I would still not know what a conjunction is.
